Default Bad ECU or bad tune? Begging for help, driving me insane.

Truth be told, not sure if the latter is possible but my engine swap is lagging because of this. I mean, Its basically done, but cant move on to the axles with me worrying about this.

I am getting DTCs for P0206 and P0208
Things I've done:
•Swapped Coils/plugs/plug wires (Read online these could cause the codes, or not cause them. Figured why not.
•Replaced all of the injectors on bank 2. Pulling the rail was too much of a pain to do it again.
•Replaced the harness for the injectors.
•From the main harness at the injectors, I tested ohms to ensure the wires werent broke. (New harness). I read the wires from said connector to ECU connector. All wires came in at .8 readings. I tested all injectors for quality control.

This leads me believe everything up to the ECU is in good shape.

I know a bad WCU could cause this, so how do I test it? Goofile isnt much help for this specific situation.

And, could a bad tune cause this? I have HPtuners and can post the tune if anyone wants to check it out.

Info: 2016 L83 with 8l90. Everything wire related is brand new outside of ECU.
Cats deleted/no rear O2s.

Have you tried using any "NOID" lights on your injectors? That will tell you if the PCM is allowing ground to occur at each injector.

Does it run badly? What do the spark plugs look like?

You can tell it's missing. When I clear the codes, the engine runs rouge until the codes come back and then it smooths out a bit.

The plugs are pretty dark. Kinda thought that the injectors are constantly open because there is a strong smell of fuel.

What kind of injectors? Stock ECU? High impedance or low? I hope they are high impedance for a stock ECU... Not sure if it would throw this code or not for that, but worth a question. If they are low impedance, that's about to be a bad ECU.

Has it ever ran since the swap or is this a new issue? Dumb question but you are tuning it with a gen v e92 keeping direct injection, DOD, vvt?

Deleted DOD/VTT, cats and rear O2s and vacuum pump. Stock otherwise.

The engine runs, but the 2 codes are constant. Not sure if they were there originally before this tune that deleted everything though. The engine had tons of codes due to the swap

Did you swap the cam and lifters or just turn them off in hptuners?

If the dod/vvt parts are still in the engine you may need to set parameters that they are active way out side of where the ever will be

im not real familiar with the genV stuff but i would probably enable the dod if youre just running a stock tune in the mean time - tune posted looks like VVT still in it, you'll want to leave it on if stock cam is staying for a while.
pretty sure the VLOM needs to be functional if the DOD lifters are still in the engine, without oil pressure to them (via solenoids in the vlom) they wont open valves on those cylinders

I'm trying to do steps. My current focus is to make sure the engine is running as it should. Once that is done and the kinks are all figured out, I'll start fine tuning and swapping parts. I didnt do any extra work on the motor because I wasnt going to waste time on an engine I wasnt familiar with.

Once I figure out the injector issues, I'll start playing with it.
