DBW pedal not operating
Retraced all of my wires and made sure that everything was routed correctly. Upon ignition, I verified that the throttle blade "activated" and what-not. Throttle body is a NW 6-pin 102mm. Removed it to rule out that it wasn't faulty. Installed a cheap Amazon 6-pin tb. TB actuated upon ignition and starts the vehicle and idles ok. No accelerator pedal actuation with it, either. I disconnected the battery a few times to "reset" the ECU, to no avail.
What should I look for to resolve the issue? Are all DBW pedals the same? Could it be a tuning/ECU setting issue? What could I be missing?
Any help or advice is greatly appreciated.

It documents that different pedals have different output voltage sweeps and that the wrong voltage sweep will give the exact code you are getting.
In short you need the correct pedal for your ECM.
