Did you adjust the idle set screw and do the relearn procedure?

yes I did this that is why I am confused. The problem that I am having though is that the if I raise the screw up then the tps voltage goes above .60 so I have counts that are too high and voltage that would be to high.

If the Screw is taken out my voltage is at .57 is that not a little high for the blade to be closed all the way

You have 2 options. Drill the hole in your throttlebody bigger or slot the holes in your TPS and rotate clockwise so it reads a lower voltage.

Elongate the sides of the mounting holes with a dremel or something so you can turn it and remount it. Hope that makes sense.

I guess that I will have to take everything out and look at it to kind of understand what you are talking about. Are the holes on both sides.

Why dont you just continue to raise the set screw? MIne has been raised to 0.68 Volts and then the TPS has been reset to 0% TPS at idle. This solved my high IAC count problem. Now I am at 35-45 counts at warm idle.

yeah mine is at .61-.63 V, u need to let more air in that sucker. then reset the sensor

unplug the sensor, turn ignition on for about 30 sec, turn ignition off, plug sensor back in and turn ignition back on and log and see what it says. mine went from 2% down to 0% after doing this

You can do the tps reset thing but it only works up to a point. I found that point with my lowly 222 cam so he'll probably definately run into this with the trex cam. If you open the throttle body far enough, tps won't reset to zero any more and the car will think you're trying to rev the engine instead of idle. Once you get to that point you have to drill to get your iac counts down.

How do I reposition the Iac Sensor. I have had the screw as high as .67 and it still jumps all around. Then once it settles for a little bit if I rev the engine it trys to die it does not even rev up.

I am also having the problem when I am driving and I am coming to stop the car almost dies and goes as low as 400 and 500 RPMs. Sometimes it will die if I do not give it gas. Do you think this has to do with the Iac Count

He means reposition the tps, not the iac. That's what i was talking about with slotting the mounting holes. I don't know about the first problem, but the second one is IAC.

Ok I will have to take off the throttle body and look at it to see what you are talking about.
