LC-1 problem but no response from Innovate
Has anyone dealt with Innovate support? I have a problem with a new LC-1 and haven't had a reply in a week.

Thanks for the suggestions, but I was out and couldn't respond. I'm going through the initial setup and during the free air cal, I end up with the slow blink error that may indicate a faulty sensor.

What has been said about grounding is true for sure...I wired mine up so it ends up using the HPTuner's EIO as part of the ground (I think the analog and system(?) grounds are hooked there -- either way, there are two grounds going through it). I found out rather quickly that if it is going to work, you have to have the EIO cable plugged in to the OBDII port at all times...otherwise, I was getting a slow blinking error too.
I don't know anything about your setup, but if you are running it through your tuning software, it might be something to check.

A slow blinking light means the heater is still warming up. Sometimes it takes a while if the car is not running to heat the o2 sensor. You are running the car?

The error is during the free air cal: car off, sensor laying on the floor. For the first 30 seconds I see a slow blinker, then a fast blinker, then a pause and then the slow blink from that point on.
I currently have the unit connected as recommended by HP tuners...the white is connected to black EIO wire but I do not have the HPT hooked up. Good point about the system ground! It probably is that the system ground (white) needs to be deliberately grounded during the free air cal. Thanks for the advice. I'll let you know the outcome.

The system ground was the ticket. I'm using a breakout box to interface with HP Tuners and only had power and the heater ground connected for the free air cal. I'm using the cigarette lighter for power and ground since I'm only going the use the WB O2 for tuning (and save it!).
I grounded the white wire and was rewarded with the steady light meaning all systems go.
I greatly appreciate your help and owe several folks a Guinness.

Hope you enjoy it...makes tuning a breeze, and is a great piece for the price
