Default Problem programming LC-1

I connected up the LC-1 tonight and it's reading something like 7.45AFR, So I went into the LM Programmer to see what was going on and under analog 2 I see the option to change the range.

So I select AFR instead of Lambda and for the preset ranges it has 0v=7.35 and 5v=22.39 or something like that I may have not remembered them exactly. What are these values? Correct me if I'm wrong but I want 0v = 10.0 and 5v = 18.0 right?

ok so the HPtuners LC-1 PID should already be set to go with the LC-1....it appears that 0v is something like 7.xxAFR and 5v is 22.xxAFR??!? So I shouldn't have to change anything right? Which means I have a voltage problem where the LC-1 is not putting out any voltage?

How do you have it wired up?

LC-1
red wire - 12v switched power source
blue wire - chassis ground
white wire - EIO black
brown wire - EIO white
green wire - EIO black
black wire - switched with LED to chassis ground

When connected to hptuners the AFR it is displaying indicates that it is seeing a voltage of 0v or just slightly above 0v. However, when I connected a voltmeter to the input of the EIO pigtail I am seeing 2.5~2.7V coming out of the brown wire on the LC1 which would indicate an AFR somewhere in the low 14's which is where I should be.

I have read in a couple other places where people have taken the white system ground on the LC-1 and gone to the chassis with it. If i do this, Does it then become both the blue and white LC-1 wires grounded to chassis with the green LC-1 wire connected to the EIO black wire?

well I tried connecting the white system ground to the chassis and that had no effect on the output.

THis looks right to me... Did you do a free air calibrate before you put the sensor in? When you first power it on did it blink then go steady red? If so after you did that, did you push the button while the sensor was out to calibrate it?

I followed the first time use instructions which is supposed to calibrate it and everything went through as it should according to what the LED was doing. However it did perform the tasks much faster than the instructions said it would.

I have removed the the WB02 and letting it hang in free air I am getting 4.99V so I know that part is working properly.

In the LM Programmer I have it set to 14.7 Gasoline and the 0v=7.35 and 5v=22.39

I think it's working.....

So I don't know if this is because of a software glitch but here is what I had to do to get this to work and I'm still not 100% sure it's working properly.

I added the LC-1 PID and was getting a constant reading of 7.50AFR. I also tried added my own user configured input with the same result of 7.50AFR. So basically out of dumb luck I added the LC-1 again without deleting the first one and now I had two LC-1 PID's one of which was now reading 11.0AFR but was also constant.

At this point I attempted again to create my own user defined input doing it exactly the same way that I had done before. I set 0v=7.35 and 5v=22.39 and created a linear plot. This time I actually ended up with what appears to be good data.

What I don't understand is where HPtuners is coming up with those other two constant bogus values I was getting (7.50 and 11.0)

dont wire the 2 grounds to 2 seperate points... wire them both to the same grounding spot....numerous people have had the same problem and have fixed it by making all the grounds hit the same point

they are all going to the same point and there was no difference on whether or not I had the white and green of the LC-1 which connects to the black EIO grounded to the blue LC-1 or not.
