Default code number 121 ap/tp sensor?

we put a brand new delco tps on the car. cleared the code with snap on. but it only sets the code when at the track in staging lanes. dont understand y it only does it there or anywhere. i have a hard time believing a delco sensor is bad. but things do happen. any help is appreciated

so set the min to 75 and the max to 65 or switch them? so this is just a test parameter?

switch em and yes it is just a test parameter. Its the min and the max values the PCM uses to run the test TPS% vs engine rpm. With a cammed car they wont match anymore and you have to either desensitize the test (EFILive has tables for this) or change the test values (Edit and HPTuners)
