Default catalyst not tripping to "ready" for emissions test

is anyone here from pa that could give me a hand? my catalyst ready cycle won't trip for the emissions test and i was told to have the heaters turned back on but to leave the sensors off..does this make any sence? i have a t rex cam and its a pain in the neck trying to keep the SES light off so we do have a bunch of things turned off. if we do turn the heaters back on will that cause other codes to throw?

turn all of that off on the DTC's and the MIL status, then your readiness tests will be ready instantly.

turn off your fuel trim, catalyst...etc if its got to do with emissions cut it off. someone up here knows exactly what they are, i'm on my desktop right now. I can post back with what to turn off to pass later when i get on my laptop

i'm going to post it and I want to thank WS6FirebirdTA00 for his help in sorting all this out, as the previous post(s) that I asked/saw did not include everything to pass. Hope this comes out right, if it doesn't then it is an attachment.

THESE ARE THE DTC's to get cutoff. **Some may already be turned off for certain cars, this is not a tune to drive around in, as if you car decides to set codes and go OL or do whatever it may, you will NOT know it.
