More Tuning issues with the 402

I am going crazy with this car. The dyno shop cant seem to get it to run right. The IAC steps are not moving from 149 and they say that is a problem. They told me they were doing a Speed density tune on a different operating system. They used EFI live to remove the MAF from the system. I plugged my scanner in and I still show readings coming from my MAF. If I unplug it the car barely runs and stalls if you touch the throttle. If I take off the hose connector from the TB to the air bridge and leave the MAF plugged in it still doesnt run. They told me the tuning problems are because of the Cam and the 90mm Throttle body that was ported. Anyone in Ohio have a Stock TB I can try.

That is my current tune that they say is Speed density. I read it off the car with Tunercat.

I can't access the tune but it sounds like its severly off. It needs a full tune by someone famailer with LSx pcm's. Where are you located?

He already let me borrow a Stock TB, I am about to go outside and try it now. I dont have a clue what the differences in the tune will be going from a 90mm to a 78mm.
