Car missing above 2500rpms

I started to head to the track today for my first pass with the spray. Wasn't successful, not in my pass but driving out of my neighborhood. My car started running like crap in 3-4 above 2500rpm's it would spit and sputter like it was missing, so I took it the Horsepower House, where I get all my work done and had them scan it, and it was giving a injector error?? The exhaust tempature was vastly different in 2 and 8. Cooler in 2 and hotter in 8 as opposed to the others. We tried a different set of injectors, anywhere else we can go?

No nitrous passes for me this year if this isn't fixed before next weekend.

You might want to think about checking your crank position sensor.

Is there any reason it would suddenly lose it's location? What exactly do I need to do, a relearn?

The sensor and/or the wires can become loose. If it's loose a relearn will only help temporarily.

When we scanned it with the Tech 2, and HP Tuners; and it came back as an injector controller error.

Did you make any other mods? If not, it sounds like you have an extremely rare pcm problem. I'm guessing that during the spray install you may have accidentally ripped an injector wire loose. Otherwise, back to an unusual, rare problem.

The nitrous was installed by a proffesional shop about 2 months ago. I've drove the car several times with no issues since then. However, I unplugged the PCM the day before to route some wires through the opening in the firewall behind the PCM. The only thing I disconnected were the two PCM connections, I routed the wires then reconnected the two leads. When it started acting stupid, I thought about my PCM routing adventures. So I pulled over and checked my connections, I couldn't see anything.
