PCM keeps reverting to low octane table
I dont know why but my car keeps commanding timing from the low octane table. I never had any major problem with knock retard but occaisionally got some so I addressed it as burst knock and doubled the decay rate and halved the attack IAT and Baro tables. Just cant see what's making this thing keep reverting to the low octane table. Can anyone give me a suggestion where to look?
Note: when I got the car it had TR6 plugs so I suspect the car might have been sprayed before, could it be that someone did a IAT sensor trick to pull timing and I cant see it on the PID's I'm scanning?
