Default did lt1 swap. need HELP!!!

like the title says. me and a friend swapped a 1995 3.4 v6 camaro to a lt1. the motor is from a 96 TA, engine harness is from 95 TA, pcm from 97 z28.

we put a new coil on, new ignition module, new optispark, and still no spark at all from the coil. does anyone know if there is something that we missed that may need to be changed to make it get spark. also the diagnostic port under the dash cannot hookup to a scan tool. really need to figure it out quik. anyhelp is highly appriciated.

You do realize you are using a OBD2 engine with a OBD1 harness and a OBD2 PCM. The OBD1 harness will not have the data wire in it to connect the ALDL plug under the dash to the OBD2 PCM. You may be having crank position sensor issues with the combination you are using. Click on the connectors here. http://shbox.com/1/4th_gen_tech2.html#1995_pcm_pinouts That will show you what is missing from the OBD1 harness that the OBD2 PCM needs.

1995 is an odd year for the Camaro, it was kind of a transition to OBD2. The main this is, did you get the computer flashed? Is this the stock PCM? Does the engine have a crank sensor? If it does you can stay ODB2, if not you need to convert the system to OBD1. Bryan Herter has a conversion hs sells for the OBD 2 to 1 swap. Stop thowing expensive parts at it.

do you have ignition voltage to the coil? Was the OBD1 PCM programmed?

You really need to get a voltmeter and see if you have voltage at the coil and the module. None of the programming or OBD-1 vs. OBD-2 matters for the problem your are having. It just looks like something isn't powered up.

No 12 volts at PCM connector (v6 and V8 cars use different wires to power the under dash main PCM connecot harness). Thus crank and no spark. Also, IAC physically broken, internally.
