MAF isn't calibrated.
Need to get your VE tables tuned, once those are tuned, turn your MAF back on, disable dynamic airflow lookup(disabling VE lookup), and then run the MAF Error % config on the Hptuners site to get your MAF in line.
Whenever I get some more free time I"m going to write a step by step process on how to get your VE and MAF calibrated.

My Ltrims Are Pretty Good (>5%) So Im Guessing My Ifr Is Reasonable ???
this Would Then Lead Me To Believe That I Can Just Edit My Maf Table To Correct For The % Error In My Commanded Afr To My Actual Afr??????
***knowing That This Would In Turn Conseal Any Ifr Errors I Have****
can Any One Confirm All This ...

Yes, as I was saying you need to calibrate your MAF, it's obviously off if your commanded is not what you are seeing. I spent three days solely calibrating my MAF and topped it off yesterday with dyno pulls to make sure every thing was matching. Prior to me doing this, my car was commanding like 11.5 AFR and really doing 12.8.
If you have HPtuners you can find out how to do this on their site.

It seems harder than it really is. Once you read through the material then you should catch on real easy.
