Waving? I'm sure its been discussed before but do you guys wave to other fbody owners? Jeeps wave and motorcyclists wave to eachother but never seen many Fbody's do it. Did it today to an SS and he waved back, expectedly. Just wondering what your guys thoughts on it are and wether not you do it or not?
Ever since i was 16 and had my first fbody I had always done it to other fbody owners around here. Generally they waved back, unless it was a woman driving a v6 or something, they generally never even gave me a second look. Now I wave to all american muscle drivers, mustang or not. I almost always get a wave back.

I have always waved. I do it kuz it is a common interest of both of us. Usually get a wave back too. I also always compliment someone when they have something nice and I can tell they take pride in what they have.

I always wave too. Sometimes you get a response and sometimes nothing. I did get a compliment from a nice Mustang GT on a recent trip. Appreciating nice cars is what it is all about.

People always give me the thumbs up when I'm in the T/A. Teenagers go by on the freeway and yell, "Nice Car Man!" and give me a big thumbs up. I usually try to wave at other f-bodies here. But its usually a older woman who doesn't give a crap about cars, or its a D-bag. Most f-body owners here are d-bags. I try to wave or tell them they have a cool ride and they don't acknowledge me or they slightly nod their head and lean back in their seat like they are apart of G-unit.
I wave to most LTX, LSX cars, and even ones that look bone stock but at least clean. Kinda a mutual respect thing, but when the Mustangs rev, I just rev back. The rev then whoosh of the blow off valve usually keep them quiet, lol.
I try to do it but I usually get nothing back in return because of my V6 looks.

Ya I've waved to 3 in the last 2 days, 2 of which were women. And the other was a white camaro with black stripes, waved back.
I always rev at this Chrysler 300 STR8 though. Always tries to pass me on the way to work

Yeah, had a similar situation when i used to DD the T/A on the commute to work, all of those aggressive drivers, until I gave them a taste of some real V8 agression. Every time it rained I would downshift and clutch kick 3rd gear at around 60 and wiggle the back end in my lane for as long as it took to get some breathing room. You'd be surprised how quickly and how much room they give you. Oddly enough nobody wanted to pass me!
