Default Bought my first t/a today

I just bought my first trans am today. Its a 2000 model ls1 4l60e 2.73 gears 148,000 miles and clean as a pin. paid 5200 bucks for it I think i got a good deal what about you guys?

Looks nice. Aftermarket hood- not a fan of it.
Adjust that PS headlight door.

Agreed, that hood looks skanky. Put a flat stock hood on instead of that hiddeous third grade paper mache art project.

Looks like the drivers headlight door also needs to be adjusted down.

Don't mean to give you a hard time, it's just an opinion. The important part is the LS1 and you got a good deal.

If I remember, I think there are two 10mm white bumpstops on each headlight door that can be adusted in and out.

ya i adjusted those 10mm bolts all the way in turned the headlights on then off and it didnt help any i dont know what the deal is ill take it all apart tomorrow and see if the hinges can be adjusted or somethin of that sort

Those 10mm's adjust the doors down low enough until they touch the bumper.

You might have something bent.

Nice car....it's uncommon to see a 'bird on here with the stock exhaust. I kinda forgot what it looked like

well it just has the factory exhaust tips but it has a magnaflow muffler
