Installed my Konis/BMR last weekend along with a J&M rod/rod panhard. Amazing how much better she handles now.

Just finished a complete front suspension overhaul; new hubs, bushings, ball joints and tie rods all MOOG and greasable. Also got new wheels and tires. Running a square 18x11 Forgestar F14 with 315/30/18 Toyo R888 all around. Had to grind my bumpstops a little but but so far no rubbing. Still have to get it aligned though.

After taking a long vacation from my build due to all my money going to building my house and then school, I am back in full build mode.
To catch things up, in the last three weeks, I have:
1. Removed and cleaned up my rear end and suspension then reinstalled consisting of a Moser 12, Spohn torque arm, BMR adjustable track bars and panhard,
2. Mounted my two fuel pumps, filters, and hooked up all lines and wiring for the feed and returns for the whole system. Had to hide my external pressure regulator because of California bullshit,
3. Ran my remote battery cables from back of car to engine bay,
4. reinstalled Exhaust system except one connection,
5. Modified rear diff. to accept and installed C6 Z06 rear brakes,
5. Replaced front and rear wheel studs with 3.25" ARPs to accept spacers 1/2" front and 3/4" rear to clear corvette brake calipers and bump stops,
6. Installed wheels and tires,
7. installed Kore3 braided brake lines at 6 places and all other brake components,
8. Removed E brake parts and cables due to Corvette rear caliper offset,
9. Installed 10" pusher Aux fan in front of passenger side of A/C condenser and tranny cooler to include a control module and its wiring,
10. Prettied up some wiring under the hood,
11. Ran the vacuum lines for my boost gauge, fuel press. regulator,
12. Hooked up PCV system, clean and dirty side, with catchcan, except for connections at air intake in front of Supercharger,
13. Mounted intercooler and continuing to design 4" pipe routing, almost done,
14. Installed all tranny cooler lines from tranny to aux cooler to radiator and back to tranny,
15. Installed tranny flexible dipstick,
16. Installed all steering and front suspension pieces and steering shaft,
I am sure I have forgotten something but that is the bulk of it.

My T56 was getting clunky so I did the MityVac clutch fluid change. Here's the old fluid after 3 rounds of filling the reservoir pumping the pedal 30 times and sucking it back out:

I also installed stock LS1/LS6 fuel injectors. Problem was they don't have the little slit near the top for the metal clips that hold them to the fuel rail. I just installed them with no clips and figured it would be okay but since I'm running 4 bar fuel pressure, they actually popped out of the rail! After some brainstorming I discovered the metal clips fit on the bottom and prevented the injector from being pushed out of the rail. Ugly? Yes. Works like a charm? Hell yes.

Saturday I changed out the transmission fluid, differntial oil, and engine oil and filter. The transmission fluid was fairly spent as was the differential oil, engine oil had been due for a few hundred miles but really didn't want to do it in the yard if possible as it still looked fine. Everything was fairly uneventful really, gave the underside of the car a once over since it was up on the lift and it all looks good. I don't think I'll have the room to do what I was wanting with the exhaust though so it's back to the drawing board on that. The spark plugs look to have been replaced somewhat recently(ACDelco plugs, meh) but it looks like the original wires, so wires and plugs are up soon. Put in new fluids, oils, filter, etc... and dropped it back down. The transmission feels notably better, not that it was really bad before but now everything is really nice and smooth. Still needs a short throw to be honest, but that's further down on the priority list.

Today, I received the rest of my fuel system plumbing parts and pieces, rigged in the Hobbs switch for my 2nd fuel pump.
Starting switching out my now sold FAST 90mm for a sturdier 92mm, wanted the 102 but it was a clearance issue.
Setting up my vacuum manifold for the Hobbs switch, BOV, and possibly my Fuel pressure regulator and boost gauge. The environmental will be run off a small electric vacuum pump so will work even under boost.
Received the last welded sections of my intercooler piping ready for fit test so can find a good position for my BOV.
Mapping out the mods I need to do to my 4" exhaust to clear my driveline. Oval pipe to be used.

^ Nice. If you plan on doing more than dragstrip, look into the fays watt over the panhard bar stuff.

Since the last time visiting swapped out the crappy sealed beams for some E-code H4 headlamps, I can actually see at night.

Then to hide where moisture had gotten in and caused some delamination after putting in drain holes I covered the lenses with some light black tint:

Looks a lot better and the light output was hardly effected, so win win.
