Which rotors are those? They don't look like you've modified them.

Reading the write up it looks like 18" wheels/rims are needed? You can do this and keep the 17" factory wheels?

https://ls1tech.com/forums/suspensio...s-17-rims.html

Here is the write up on using the C7 base rotors with ATS-V brembos. The rotor size allowed me to keep my sportlines with the mentioned spacer

Installed a small fire extinguisher via a custom made bracket on the back of the passenger seat at the bottom. That way, it moves with the seat, and out of the way, but is immediately at hand (all I have to do is reach behind the passenger seat and grab it) if I need it. I tried the "Bracketeer" mount, but couldn't get it to fit properly with the way the 4th Gen floor pan is shaped. I was on a car rally a couple years ago, and they required all participating cars to have a fire extinguisher, so that's why I bought it.

Also finished up the new rear camera (the rear view mirror is the screen for it). When you put the car in reverse, the mirror automatically turns into the monitor. The camera itself is almost invisible, as its mounted behind the light for the rear licence plate. Had to modify the trim piece that fits around the mirror mount at the windshield, looks totally factory now.

Did you do a thread on the backup camera? I've been debating doing one on my 99.

Had a new pinion seal installed and replaced the rear end with Royal Purple. Drained and added new fluid to the T56 after a new McLeod clutch kit installation. Also fixed the passenger seat not being able to move (made a new wire connecting the locking mechanisms) and reinstalled. Still need to install a new master cylinder to move the clutch.

I like that Tick Bleeder for the Clutch Master Cylinder. After years of driving with a tempermental clutch, the Tick Bleeder finally got all the air out!

Finally had a low humidity weekend so decided to break out the Porter-Cable polisher and did a full detail for the first time in years. Also treated the leather and cleaned interior.

Unfortunately I haven't done too much lately. But with working from home I've been back on the site, researching things to do. I'm probably going to do new interior next, but for now I swapped out the lights to LEDs from Headlight Experts. I didn't do the high beams yet. I think it makes a huge difference. But, like I said I've let it sit to long so I had to put it back on the charger because the battery was drained shortly after. It was an easy process, but I decided to touch up all the parts, had some rust, and just dirty spots so sprayed them with some paint. Also, broke one motor housing after replacing the gear, after I put everything back in haha. The drivers side male to female connection was shot, two prongs broke off inside the female so I had to rewire that but were all good now. Battery charged, ready to roll tonight it will be nice to see the difference, literally.

Hey there, what a great upgrade. And a nice company that you bought them from. Looks like there is a sale on these headlight packages. Did the headlight package you bought come with the low beams and fogs? Or did you have to buy them separately?

Been busy the last few weeks with odds and ends. I've gone through more than half of this thread and got some great ideas. Had my buddy detail it and had to 2-step/stage the hood and tail and had to wet-sand it. Came out ridiculously clean for 25+ year old paint! Basically everything in my signature with the exception of the Alpine H/U that I did a few months ago was within the last few weeks. Heard about the Founders upper strut bar and figured it was short money and worth a try. Installed the elbow w/CAI and 160 thermostat a couple of weeks ago and just picked it up yesterday from the 3.73 (Motive) gear install. Installed the Solomon tune and it's running very strong. Bunch of little odds and ends cosmetics, black vinyl Trans Am stickers on the lower rocker and red Trans Am and screaming chicken on the rear (tinted) taillights. TONS planned, long tubes with ORY and exhaust are next, suspension, wheels/tires, then heads/cam and then and then and then...!

Default Swapped out my torque arm

Went from the stamped beauty, to a chrome molly Moser unit. Man that was hard with out a lift. Took most of the day. Getting the original rubber bushing out was a BBIITTCCHH. Check.

You can also buy the LMC Truck Headlight Housings and install Halogen or LED in them. There are people on here using them with 9011/9012 bulbs instead of 9005/9006 bulbs. I have the LMC Truck High Beam Housings with LED in them (I have projectors for low beam).

Took the Firehawk to the tint shop to get the windshield done in ceramic. Got the Passenger window motor and passenger headlight motor working on the 98 Formula.
