Picked up a ported Fast 90/92 Big Mouth TB/Fuel rails to go along with my TSP 231/237 cam. Installed a T56 with 20K miles today with a buddy and my son...to replace my current 74K mile 3/4 gear grinder. Feels so good to drive again without 3/4 gear grinding going on. ;-)

Tomorrow - Installing a set of 48 lb Injectors (my 42's are too small) as well as putting in a new Snow Performance 220 PSI Meth Pump to replace my dead 150 PSI unit.

The TBSS will be fun. 2WD I assume?

I've been thinking of getting an Envoy XL with the 5.3.

Well I went to the dealership today and it was gone. I didn't see it on the lot and I've been talking to that dealership for a while about it. If they sold it when they had a potential buyer lined up, they just do bad business and have lost a customer.

I'm about to go get the bird tuned, race a ****talking crackhead again with a riced out 5.4 swap 97-ish mustang and then start modding her again.

I don't blame you. I'd go back and ask and let them know you're gonna go buy a car from another lot unless they want to make up for it somehow.

I started it up to move it outta the driveway to work on the S10. It sounded good! I miss it as my DD. I am collecting parts to get some work started on it. Headers, seats, carpet, battery in trunk...........

Both my babies ride in the back of the Bird man, there is no problem at all installing the seats... hell, the teather anchors are already there! Don't sell it, make it so the baby can ride too!
We had a 4 door for 6 months and my wife hated it! She finds it much easier, as do I, to get the kids in and out of the 2 door. Just saying, don't believe everything people say about 4 doors and kids....

sorry about the hijack but I had too

Cleaned the rims today and a little shine on the new rubber... ahhhhh yea!!

your daughter would be better off being in the bird .. at least once she grows more you can actually take her for a ride, scare her with the birds performance.

ooh and even in an accident.. newer car's are total crap !

i'd rather be driving this :

---
going to the bank so i could order LCA's,PHB,Relo's.
cleaned her up & got some black outs.
re-screwed with the headlights.

Actually, newer cars (EG: 80's impala vs. the TBSS) are safer, more fuel efficient and produce less harmful emissions.

You'd be safer in a later vehicle. The TBSS or any of the GMT360/370 chassis line is certainly better than just about anything from decades ago.

Passenger seat had to be removed to fit her seat. It all depends on what kind of car seat it is.
