I was hitting the HFT liquidation sale (like that isn't always going on) buying more stuff that I really don't need and a couple useful things and while loading the stuff up in the car I had a guy come over asking me about the car saying he had seen me driving around often. So I chat with him for about an hour out in the parking lot and turns out he used to have an 02 WS6 and regrets quite badly the decision to get rid of it. Turns out that he has a '13 Camaro SS and is completely unhappy with it so he went out and picked up a 35th anniversary edition to go along with the 5th gen. He was going on and on about how he loved the way that my TTM wheels looked and he wants that kind of styling on his 35th along with how he doesn't really know much about working on the LS cars at all and after telling him what I have done to mine... He asked me to do all the mods to his as well. So it looks like I might be in the performance mod business now, haha.

Washed it, dried it, hit it with quick detailer, and drove it for 100 miles or more. Really enjoyed it, but the plates and inspection expire at midnight (45 minutes) so it will be parked for a while. I'll cancel the insurance in the morning. I plan to list it on eBay this weekend but doubt it will sell.

Flipped my headlight bulbs rightside up.

One went out a few months ago and the new one was aimed funny. Just didn't bother to aim it properly. The other one went out a few days ago and I replaced it the next day.

Tuesday night on my way home from class, I couldn't see A DAMN THING. Went to adjust them yesterday and what do you know? I put the bulbs in upside down

I CAN SEE AGAIN!

Thanks but no I don't need any. They're both working great now that I fixed my installation **** up. At the time, it didn't occur to me to make sure they were upright. Since its a rectangle light, I didn't think it mattered.

Ordered SLP Bilsteins and Strano springs to replace my QA1 HALs and Eibach prokit. Going to raise the nose about an inch I am guessing.. probably half inch in the rear. My tires are rubbing... and I want to set it up more for handling than drag racing.

Yesterday: Bought a Porter Cable 7424xp a few weeks ago. It is first time I have ever used a dual action polisher.

Yeah, it does suck... it was dumping buckets of rain... but I feel more sorry for the dude that brought a Lamborghini Aventador.

It was sunny for like a week prior. Usually between May and September it's not too bad, and we usually don't get downpour rain... but man, this one didn't want to let up.

Traded hoods with a buddy of mine for his WSQ hood + cash on his end.

It was Bright Orange so I took a few cans of Plastidip to it for the time being until I get it painted. On the upside, the hood scoops go directly into my Ram Air box so it actually looks like its functional.
