full bolt ons....then a cam and a good tune...you already have a good intake (ls6)....i like the tsp 228r, that'll get ya close to 400 at the wheels...the z06 has a slightly bigger cam and bigger valve heads....i'm looking for 243 heads myself.....$$ depends mostly on what bolt on brands you choose

Are you an a4 or m6? You are wasting your money if you copy a c5Zo6, you will not be happy for the money spent.

long tubes
off road y pipe
cutout and/or nice flowing muffler of your choice
cam... Totally up to you... something like a 230/232 .600 112 would make for a mean street car and let you hit your mark. you will need some springs, I suggest duals so you can install and forget about them pretty much.
tune
under drive pulley
lid and ported throttle body

That will get you 400 and then some..

Got to remember man, only us real men can handle true duals!

Honestly though, he is correct. Xpipe dumped before axle with some type of muffler (I prefer 1 chamber flows personally) would make the most power and sound the best IMO.
