It seems like you'd be able to get those numbers for less, but then again, the warranty is very nice. Plus you get the bragging rights of saying you have a LPE motor.
If the money isn't an issue for you and you really love the car (and like was said above, it's a really NICE car) andplan on keeping it, go for it.
In the end it's your money, do with it what makes you happy. You certainly can't take it with you.

mmmmmmm contracting moneyyyyy gotta love it. if i had the money instead of taking it to them.. i would take it to a local race shop... granted there will be no warrante and no cool lingenfelter name but you could have a few hundred more horse power for that much money.... and by a few hundred... that conservative

its a very cool option to have... if you're not concerned with the name that is associated with the engine builder, you'd save a bunch of money having a local speed shop (that specializes in GM cars) build it.
personally, for several reasons the warranty wouldn't be a big deal to me

It all looks good BUT for that money, I'd expect it to have a F.A.S.T. intake (102) and matching TB. AND what's with the stock GM head bolts? An engine of this level requires head and main studs.

If you're converting a 5 gen. Camaro into a Trans Am I'd say go for it but since your list doesn't mention any body modifications I assume you're doing it to a 4th gen WS6.
$20G's and it doesn't include the reciprocating mods to support all that horsepower like a stronger rear end and tranny etc. But if you got the loot then it wouldn't be a problem for you.
