Default Vert single roll bar

I was looking thru the Hawk site and saw a picture of the back of a convertible camaro with a hoop roll bar. It looks to be the flat type that one sees on the svt mustang. Is there such a product available for my 99 TA convertible?

Found this light bar from deft racing. It looks really slick. I imagine that it provide only cosmetics. There does not seem to be a lot of information other than price.

Anyone have one of these?

If so, long gone, if you find a used one grab it, hard to find.

Yes that is exactly what I saw. After I posted I continued to do a bit of research and came to the same conclusion. It is too bad that one can no longer find these. I am interested in perhaps putting in a single hoop for a bit of added rigidity but mostly so my wife will feel more comfortable riding in the thing.

Has anyone had any experience with fabrication and installation?

What is pictured in Cajun's post is a "light bar", they do absolutely nothing for stiffness or safety.

Then who needs it? Does look smart though. I will continue to seek an effective but minimally invasive roll bar.
