im just wondering as to what u guys feel is the rarest, most exquisit or hardest to find color for any 4th gen lt1 powered firebird, formula or trans am

 

Yellow, theres like 20-30 of em, 1993 only

Only in 1998, which was a ls1 year.

 

there was also purple pearl metallic, its like a silvery purple. theres a few floating around here

 

o yaaaa i forgot about the greyish looking purle color...................anybody ever see a gunmetal greyish color on any 4thgen lt1 ta? i have, not sure that it was original though,looked it though......the car had the stock 3 stars

 

FWIW the yellow on the cars that Spuds posted is the same color that they used on the Collector Edition TA in 2002

 

Just saw a gray-purple Firebird last week. Not exactly what I would consider "mint" condition.

 

10yd penalty and loss of ball for model year violation.

 

how rare are yellow camaros? i saw one the other day and it was beat to hell. or was it a custom color?

 

camaros did not come with factory yellow paint

a buddy of mine has a 97 bright purple z28, so its not just 98

 

I dont care how rare they are but i would never own a yellow or purple F body.

 

98 was the only year it was available on bird's though.

yes there was a purple color in 97, there was a lighter purple version too wasn't there?

 

The first (4th Gen) TA I saw was yellow -still think it's the best color. I think the anniversary edition is a deeper yellow, not the lighter shade on the LT1s.

course, my 95ta is Red...go figure
