i have one. i know it exists. i use it for racing/autox. like i said, colgan custom makes them. i got mine off ebay several years ago.

I have one right from GM. Its almost like new. I still have the original box and reciepts. I am only missing the clips the tabs because I kept them on the car. They can easily be replaced at the dealer. PM me if interested.

what speed? i was autoxing, and barely touched 50mph for about 1 second. the tape is there to protect from stone chips, which are kicked out ALOT from the slicks im running. i got the bra cheap, and only use it for racing. it keeps the chips off, and if youve ever hit a cone at 40ish, youll see what damage it can do to paint. even smudging a cone will rub off black tar-like **** on your car, not to mention paint if the cones are painted. if i ever get to a real road course, ill use the bra and tape then too.

the only time tape helps in speed is if youre on a BIG course, im talking Le Mans, or doing some speed trials. then youll want to tape off all the leading edge gaps and holes.

The tape works great for drag racing also. Rubber from the burn out just peels off with the tape, otherwise you gotta scrub it off and that sucks.

plain painters tape. they have some in regular strength, very easy to take off, and heavier strength.....still easy to take off a car, just stays on a little better, more sticky. i used the stronger one as the first strip at the wheel wells, then the rest with regular strength. any hardware store will have them, around $1-2 a roll.
