You sig mentions a auto trans, did you change that? CompNine reports your car came equipped w/ a M6.
In any case, 154 '98 WS6 Formulas w/ M6 were built:
w/ 13U Silver: 24
w/ 14B Pewter cloth: 82
w/ CC1 t-tops: 125
w/ 13U + 14B + CC1: 7

Johnny: I know you are the guy with the production info. I was searching through a recall and found the lowest and highest VIN #'s for the years 00-02. As a example, based on subtraction, production volume for 01's of 50,440 should be approximately correct for Camaro and Firebird combined.
Don't know if this is useful info, or if it's old hat, but I thought you would be the best guy to advise.
I posted here because I don't know how to attach in a PM.

Is that "Y87 PERFORMANCE ENHANCEMENT - 3800GT PACKAGE"??
CompNine shows 4782 '96 Firebird coupes, and 597 'verts.
You can do your own drill-down to transmission / color etchere.
I wonder how that is different than Y81?? I thought Y81 was the V6 "performance package". You may have just led me to another misconception on my part regarding this RPO. One of my RPO# references doesn't even show Y87.

I was wondering if I could get some assistance with mine, or point me in the correct direction. I have a 2000 WS6 Trans AM, A4, Pewter Metallic, Vin # 2G2FV22G1Y2151042. Any help would be appreciated, or correct direction of where to start. Thanks

Yes they do make an NHRA edition car. Sweet ride. Don't know if any performance options, or if they were just decals. but usually had a decal on the back like where the ws6 emblem would go, and on the fenders.

That red leather interior makes your car pretty rare.

Compnine found 12 Trans Ams in the same paint color, with the t-tops, black leather interior, and the T56. I'm sure if I narrowed by more options, it'd become 1/1, but I think 1/12 on just 4 options is pretty good.

Johnny,
First let me say thanks for all the work you have put into gathering and sharing this information. I came across this thread today when I was looking for production numbers for my blue 95 T/A.
The color that you have listed on your spreadsheet for code 80U is Med Quasar Blue. The information I have for my car refer to it as Bright Blue Metallic. Do you have any idea why the 80U blue would go by 2 different names? Maybe it's a regional thing?![Icon Confused](https://ls1tech.com/forums/images/smilies2/icon_confused.gif)
I have a paint/interior chart for 95 Pontiac's that I got from the dealer when I bought my car. I doubt there is any information on it that you don't already have, but it shows samples of paint and interior options and what they were available with. I'd be glad to post it if you are interested.
If I am reading your spreadsheet correctly, it looks like there were 312 Blue T/A Coupes. Do you have any further breakdowns?
95 T/A M6
80U Blue with Graphite Leather
T-Tops
I have the original build sheet and window sticker if there is any information on those that could help with the breakdown.
Thanks again for your help!
Bill M.
