Pulled out the OEM bushings and installed the Pedders bushing (and hole fillers) in the new diff.

It's really a 3.70.

Finally installing the trans coorsler.

Big thanks to my old buddy Neil, he came up for a few beers and I put him to work.

Correct.

The DS axle must have popped out also, then the sidegear spun on it a bit. It's galled. I'm going to do a bit of "touch-up" tonight and get it installed.

Harrop from Australia. According to them, they make a billet case and then fill it with TrueTrac parts, all under license from Detroit.

What supplemental parts did you need to complete the install?
How much time did it take to install?

Thank you for your post.

The swap is pretty straight forward. You re-use all the bolts. Change the diff bushings at this point, if you haven't already. If you pull the axles out of the hubs (easier to handle, but hard to get out of the hubs. you will need a pusher or an air hammer to zip it out), instead of pulling the hub/axle assembly as a whole, you should buy new axle nuts. They are crimped into the slot in the axle. I need to get the new ones...

The diff ships with some gear oil in it already, but you will need some to top it off. Since I had the factory LSD removed and replace with the TrueTrac, I used a quart and about a 1/4 of standard gear oil.

You will need some blue lock-tite for some of the bolts.
