Anything remotely close to the LM would trash the image of this car.

Show me something 50% quieter than my Hooker Catb and I will buy it.

Definitely not. Keep it discrete. Loud exhausts are damn annoying. Besides, it'll be fun to waste people that think you're in just another sedan.

Just get something with a resonator and a decent sized muffler. I have Magnaflow on my Grand Am and it's no louder than stock because I did that. I had it custom installed which came out awesome.

I think exhaust should fit the image and ETs of the car. Mine is a bit loud WOT, but not bad crusing. I had stock muffs with ARH before the H/C, but the stock muffs were a restiction after, so they had to be changed. I went with Super44s knowing better, but will try some round Ultraflows next. You are very limited on muffler length on these cars. 13 inch body is about max in order to fit tips that will look good.

The thought of an obnoxiously loud CTS-V rasping it's way through the financial district downtown kinda makes me cringe.
then buddy magnaflow's the way to go... refined, has a distinct tone and moderate DB levels not to lound and not to quiet...
