Default blacked tail lights

this is for the people with blacked tails. did u use a spray tint or stick on tint such as window tint. if u used window tint like material, how dark did u go.

I used Nightshades + wetsanding when I did my friend's car and this was the result:

+1 for niteshades, I then had a buddy spray them with clear and buffed them out on my old Mustang:

+1 for nightshaded this is three coats....looks darker than it really is

Niteshades all the way. Three coats then sand and three coats of clear. I taped off the reverse and turn signals as to get in trouble with the local fuzz.

Get on ls1gto.com and get in touch with Jorge/75TransAm. He does great work. IIRC, he uses automotive paint and clear. He's got an album on FB showcasing all of his work, as well. He'll treat your right.
