I'll agree. I was never a fan until I saw it in person - now I almost wish they had a black with blue leather option.

The purple leather is my second favorite behind red. I love the color coordination, matierals, and attention to detail on these cars.

The pictures definitely do not do justice to the blue leather. It is not as light and slick looking as the Pontiac website pictures. It's a richer, darker hue, with nice texture. Along with the blue highlights on the door (the lower part suede, the upper part a classy looking vinyl, I assume), the blue leather is stunning. Everybody who has seen the blue interior, including the car dealer guys, has raved about it. While the black is nice, and in fact, all GTO interiors are sharp, the blue is gorgeous. The Impulse Blue exterior is beautiful, too--again, as verified by the many people who've raved about it when I've shown them the car.

 

your exactly correct miguelius. When the dealer told me all they had comming in for that month was a blue on blue goat I was skeptical but I guess it was meant to happen. The GTO interior is Audi quality and the blue interior sets it off. Not too bright its kinda dark blue, perfict.

 

Me too. I'm a Quality Engineer on interiors and exteriors at an automotive supplier and I look at alot of things that most people don't. These cars are made and put together VERY well.... especially for GM. We do alot of Toyota and Lexus stuff, which even though I don't care for, has a very high quality level. IMHO the GTO is the best thing GM has done as far as interior/exterior, hell even overall vehicle quality. Too bad too many people don't look at this stuff closer. Instead they just like to badmouth the GTO even more....
