You must have the only GTO with a 19+ gallon fuel tank.

530 miles divided by 28 miles to the gallon is 18.9....looks to be less than a 19 gallon tank to me

More than 530 miles would round the tank up to 19+ gallons.

Not doubting you, just giving you a hard time. I never got over 25/26 on the highway with my M6.

Damn, just looked it up in the owner's manual, 18.5. My bad. withdrawn with appologies.

So, this brings a question to mind. I have never needed more than 16.5 to fill the tank. This includes driving it until the needle is resting on the bottom of the red area of the guage and the digital range display is reading <10 miles to empty. Does this mean there is actually a 2 gallon reserve that does not register on the displays?

Your engine is much improved and free-er breathing than a stock engine.

I was thinking the same thing

I've gotten 460 to a tank several times.
mostly cruising 75-90mph

The whole system seems to be a lil wacky...I have run over 10 miles when it said I had 0 miles left in the tank...I just do not have the ***** to run the system out...And after I get my fuel system upgraded I will not be going below 1/4 tank.

these results aren't muc`h different than when the car was stock. Maybe avg around 1 mpg or so better.

But then again it isn't an a4.

Off hwy mileage, well that's a different story.

I get 28MPG on the highway, running 75+ MPH
Think I could pull 30-32 if I was going slower though. Hills are brutal on the average though.
