Did you go to ricerfest or something? Why would someone do that to that GTO. Stickers, Body kit, did it have the LS1 breathing thorugh a Apexi Muffler too? The GTO has GReddy stickers for christ sake. They could at least pu decent parts on it and not use sticker too announce it. Nice pics though.

Drifting is the gheyest form of "racing" yet.. The whole point is what again? To slide around? How can that be racing? I thought the point of a race was to get there first, not to slide around one at a time...

Would someone explain what the heck the point of drifting is in a race form? I just don't get it and am looking for a serious answer.

Sorry, but I think the GTO is : anyways. I can see everyone slapping stickers on it to gain an extra 40hp and a diving board wing.
Dunno, maybe it will take some time for me to get used to the new "GTO", or maybe I just need to go test drive one.

1) SHouldn't the thread title say "Who says Australian cars can't drift?"
2) I don't see many GTO's being riced out in the near future. Their $30,000+ price tag just isn't conducive to that, at least not until used ones trickle out at affordable prices to kids in 3-4 years. That and they're only making something like 38,000 per year.

I am pretty sure it shares the chassis and many parts of the Holden Monaro, which is an Australian car. I also think that the GTO is made in Australia??? Im not too sure of the details, but yeah, it kinda is sorta Australian American... maybe we can call it Austerican or Ameralian or something.
