Default 4th gen Rear end Setup

I have a 1998 Camaro that lays down enough power that its time to get rid of that crappy 10 bolt with that being said my car might see the strip 2 or 3 times a year tops so I don't want to go the full spool or mini spool route because it is really a street car so what would my next best option be?

s60 with s-trac. This is what I have in my car and it's great, and you'll never have to worry about breaking it. It was a direct bolt in and is very quiet driving around.

Like MJS suggested the Strange S60 is probably the best choice and has the best reputation of them all. I would be glad to answer questions about the S60 if You wanted to call 316-299-8427.

Thank You,
Carl

OP, if you do decide to go with an s60, give Carl a call, he helped me out when I ordered mine and was great to deal with. Keep up the good work Carl!

I ordered my S60 with S trac from Carl. Everything went smooth. I drive my vehicle twice a week and sometimes on weekend and I haven't had any problems as far as noise, already around 1000 miles with the S60. Direct bolt in but it is a lot heavier than the stock 10 bolt.

Put an s60 in mine, had it narrowed 3". Had to make a cut on the torque arm bracket and bend back the park brake cable holder tabs on the ends. Rest of it went smooth.
