Clean looking car.
How do you plan on running the air intake?

I was just curious, because I'm think about doing an LS swap, but I just don't know..... I like my LT1.

I have a whole 2000 Z28 donor car and I'm think about swapping everything over. Dash and all...

Anyways, if I was in your shoes I would use a 90° elbow and use the LT1 K&N Cold Air Intake. It will work perfectly. I know that's a LT1 pictured below, but it will work them same.

You can also go with the LS1 K&N Cold Air Intake.

If I do the swap I might have to go with something like this below, because of the LS1's huge ugly ABS and due to the huge *** fuse boxes. I'm considering an ABS delete and I wonder if I even need to swap the fuse boxes?? I'll ask in my own thread.

With your Ram Air hood you could also fit a LS1 lid if you pull back the radiator. This will have the best gains and now that I think about it I would probably go this route.

The 1998+ v6 lower air box lid is the same for the v8 LS1 cars. Just get the lower from the junkyard and buy an air lid.

I do have my SLP intake from my LT I can always use, but I'd rather try something different and utilize the ram air hood for once
