Default 9.87@139 n/a

Since the new season is upon us, I figured I would show you my 9.87 pass last year. I hope to best it by a good margin this year, as long as the new parts do what I expect. I have a pretty good group of guys to keep me on my toes pointing me in the right direction too, which helps tremendously. We will see I guess. Anyway, here are some shots of the Formula and the 9.87 pass.

Weighed 3575 at the track with me in the car as well. May try to lighten it up some for this year as well. She is still pretty fat.

Nice! What cube and what's your motor combo? Do you happen to run in the LS events?

468ci LSX, TF 265 nitrous port heads, Bullet custom cam for the combo, Beck sheet intake, 2600cfm 4500 Dominator flange TB. Still changing up some stuff right now that needs to be fixed/corrected. Should be ready to run some more passes soon.

Haven't run any LS events yet at all. I have given it some thought however, and I may try to hit an event this year if I can.

Cool. Sounds like it should be really fast once you get it sorted out. I know there is 2 guys that race in the LS events from Texas. I think they are from Dallas area and both go high 9's or low 10's. I think both cars are Firehawks and one is white and one is black. I think their names are Kevin Lumsford (something close to that last name) and Bryan Williams.

It should once complete.

I assume they are both N/A? I'll look around and see if I can find their combinations. Thanks for the info!

Yeah I'm pretty sure Bryan's black Firehwawk is a NA 427. I'm not sure about Kevin's Firehawk. I don't really know what there combos are but I want to find out.
