Yes, from what I remember they use some nitrous to get the turbos spooled quicker. I remember reading a bitch session from somebody one time how W2W shouldn't be considered the fastest since they use two power adders. I could be wrong though.

so somebody with a slower car should be considered the fastest then even though they truly arent the fastest because casper is faster
