Default 78 camaro 400hp

i have a 78 camaro original motor rebuilt 2000 miles ago. it is bored .30 over, with a 282 cam. i want to keep it the original motor, not swap an anyway.
i want to push out as much as i can with out going full race, what compression and lift should i go with my cam and roller rockers? and what else should i get to push more out the most i can out of this motor.

so far my list is
headers and new exhaust(my piping is to small)
roller rockers and cam/lifter (but don't know the best compression)
better ignition

summit cam kit with around 220* msd 6a box, summit headers, stock rockers work fine or summit brand replacements. u wont get to 400 with those mods, but it will run harder, a stall will also help acceleration, and short gears
(numerically higher) 3.73,4.10 etc.
alum. dual plane intake.

Stroke it, higher compression, vortec heads and a cam about 230/236 with 520ish lift with roller rockers and the cam being roller will net 450 HP or so with close to 500 ftlbs torque.

You have a ton of room for full length headers, they are better. A slight dish piston with a 3.75 stroker crank will yield about 9.7 to 1, which would be perfect for the cam i mentioned as well as the heads. You can even run mid grade fuel. 1.5 roller rockers would do fine.

and i could do that with out stroking it correct?, i would prefer to run regular,
let me get this straight

1.cam about 230/236 with 520ish lift
2.roller rockers 1.5
3.3.75 stroker crank(do i have to stroke it to use it?)
4.long tube headers

i found vortec heads and intake for $400
http://dallas.craigslist.org/dal/pts/1314908907.html

is this a good deal, or a good way to get hp

i have a 282 cam right know, with all this stuff added what do you think i will be pushing out in hp and torque?

282 is advertised, so who knows.
need the duration @.050
a stroker is a complete rotating assembly, whic includes, crank, rods, and pistons with rings

1.5 is the ratio. .050 is the duration spec not advertised.
