7-second Club
Although my 2002 Firebird uses a n/a big block Pontiac, there appears to be only two members here:
-me
-Rick C5?
-others, regardless of motor type?
It's all fun, right?

Well, maybe, but if we limit the 7 second club to ls1/lt1 cars it will be a very small or nonexistent club. Besides, what's the harm? Bracket races for our cars consist of all kinds of cars; turbo Mustangs, nitro bbc and sbc, etc. Just not currently any lt or ls1, although there's hope.

There were times in the past that I would have been a member of the 13, 12 11, 10, 9, 8 and 7 second clubs. Many racers start in the 14 or 13 second club and progress to faster clubs and classes. That's racing.

Didn't you have an ls1 camaro at some point? What was the fastest that car went?

somebody has to be the fastest member on the site, right? or should we kick a member off as soon as they are? then we'll go in order on the ET database and kick everyone off until only the slowest person on the site remains.

Bickelfirebird (aka Stealth) owns a Bickel Chassis and has no affiliation to Jerry Bickel himself as far as a race program goes. Let's not start the my friend is faster then your friend crap. Pretty soon we'll have someone say that it's Mike Moran, then someone will say they know John Force or Larry Dixon. While that's nice and all, it doesn't serve any purpose as far as this thread goes.

bickelfirebird I don't mean to start a flame war, but how much does your car weigh? Can you post a video of it in action? Your car must be really, really light to run those times with that power. Please post any information possible to help us understand and not to raise any flags.
