Anyone familiar with this shop? They never return emails. I've sent 5 emails to two different addresses, one given to me over the phone after the person who answers the phones couldn't answer my question. I gave up a month after no responses and bought elsewhere.

I still have a gift certificate to use there. If anyone wants it that lives near there and can shop in person, I'll sell it for 75 cents on the dollar.

Yep, they were a sponsor on thirdgen.org . They were booted off for very bad customer service . Stay far away from them.

They are in charlotte NC, I know them pretty well and they are good people but I have More Performance do all my work.

Yep there from charlotte huntersville area. Roy (owner), i just say yesterday at the track. i've done business with the a few times. Have mixed feelings about them, but i'd trust them to get you your parts. -Jim

I had them install my clutch a while back and was happy with the work...and they all seem to be great people.

I have had a few things done there. No problems. I have always called but never emailed them any.

yeah I ordered my SLP lid from them and it took 2 1/2 weeks to get here. I sent 5 emails and they never returned them, so I finally had to call them, POOR service!!!! I will never do business with them again.

Yeah its better to call them and talk to Roy, he's a good guy and would help out in any way. I do my own work so I couldnt tell ya how the installs go but I know a guy that works there and I've never heard of any horror stories. Good people all and all.

Roy got one of those emails that were never responded to. The girl on the phone told me to email my question to him. That was on Jan 14. The address on the front page got emails on Jan 10, Jan 12 and Jan 19, all with no response whatsoever.

Call and DIRECTLY talk to Roy and explain the situation to him, he's a good and knowledgable guy. Most of the other people don't know ****. i called up there once to see if they had a spec stage 2 in stock, and the girl (one of three or four that work there) couldn't even tell me if they were in stock !
