It's called a head plate iirc.....

 

It is also called dead weight.. ..make sure you get the high performance version..it makes almost as much horse power as a wing & a half a dozen decals..

 

considering its only a couple ounces i dont think the weight really matters. i mean i know it cant add much more power as that painted air box of yours but it still looks good imo.
