Unless he's changed out that 2,800 stall for a real one and dumped that iron block... I don't see him running quicker than a 7.8x. It is all about a good combo.

He is getting a 3800-4000.. I don't know if he will have the FAST intake on by then or not..

It is all about the dyno numbers to him. He has not a clue how hard it is to go from 7.6s to 7.3s..
I give him 7.5s-7.6s if there is good air and everything goes as planned.. That the best though.

I'm going to have fun dragging it to say the least though.

BTW, glad to see you posting again!

When my 2010 gets here in about 3 more weeks.. I'm going to do alot of dyno testing and stuff and I want to post all the results.. so I figured I'd "revive" my account.

Sweet, I noticed it in the sig.

What are the plans for it? Can't wait to see what one can do in capable hands!

The plan is as follows...
Stock dyno with 1000 miles
Dyno with tune only
Dyno with TSP cold air
Dyno with CAI and under drive pulley kit
Dyno with cold air and Kook's headers and offroad X
Dyno with CAI, headers, offroad X, and magnaflow exhaust.
All the above with TSP blower cam
All the above with TSP LS3 ported heads.
All the above with TVS 2300 and a couple of different pullies.

Talked to Jason at TSP tonight and he's on board for helping me out on it to show everybody what these things are capable of.

Gomer I got rid of my Cat-back for some true duals and I got a UD Pulley for the car also ....Now im trying to decide whether or not to change stalls to a 10" PTC ... I really dont wanna throw anymore money in it at the time. And Im hoping that pulley/exhaust puts me over that 400hp mark ....But whats in a number right lol

LOL... you know what I say about auto's and dynos! You really need to change that stall out to something a little looser. I'm not a big fan of PTC, but you do need something better. When you get the true duals and converter done, let me know. We'll dyno it again. All you'll have to do is pay for the dyno time, I'll tweak the AF and such for free.

Must be nice... I have been eating grilled cheese and ramen noodle soup for a week..

The tune is spot on though.. Car has not died or surged one time since you tuned it.. And it is most definitely smoother in the lower RPMs! VERY happy with it! Can't wait to finish the nitrous!
