You can ask anyone who actually knows me. I'm not a ford guy, not a chevy guy, not an LS whatever guy. I like anything that looks, sounds, and runs good. Hell, it can be anything.

Now, I got a question for some of you since I'm sure alot of you know more about these LS motors than I do. I've got an LS1 car with LS6 heads and intake on it. It's got a nitrous cam in it (still digging for the specs) and a 175 shot on the first stage and another 125 on the second stage. The intake just looks "plain" to me. What can I do to dress it up a little without killing the power? I'm all ears..............
did you get wes's car back?i agree with the fast or you could get the ls6 painted/powdercoated.
oh and theres no way in hell i would spray that much on a ls6 intake,well through the throttle body any way.
if your interested i got a n.o.s nozzel direct port kit for sale.its the one that goes under the injector so no drilling of the intake.100hp-300hp.$400.00 firm

Yeah, I ended up getting the orange one back again. Planning on keeping it for a while this time. I'm looking at a complete FAST intake with a direct port setup already on it. If I don't get that, I may look into that setup you've got.

You thinking 92/92 Fast or 102 Fast? Either way it would look sick painted hugger orange and outline the raised letters in black.

I was actually looking at a 102 I believe. Thought about having it ported and then having the outside smoothed as much as I could and then painting it the same orange as the car...whatever orange that may be.

30th6, was that the TA that I had for a while? Was he running on motor? I know they just put a converter in that car and I'd bet that just killed the car. It ran excellent on just a 75 shot. I went 7.26 on that 75 shot. I wanted to put a converter in it too but Kenny Ford told me it would probably hurt it more than it'd help. Good runs by the way!

An inefficient stall would hurt your top end most definitely. If you get a good stall, it won't hurt you it will however drop your ET 4 tenths usually.

The ta usually runs MUCH better than it appears in the video. However, the mods listed in the video description are completely inaccurate. The ta has nothing more than headers, exhaust, a converter, and a little spray. No built bottom end, no cam, nothing like that.

well ive been told by someone that it had those mods,so i cant argue about that.it is the same car,the guy said the new converter (woke it up) and he was on a 100 shot.maybe my car runs better than you think,its suprised a few people....
im doing some tunning on my mine trying to get it running better before the weekend.
ive got my wheels for sale if anyone is interested.17in gregg welds with new front tires and one of the mt et streets is wore out the other is half tread..$1000.00

I'm not taking anything away from your car. Just stating the fact that the TA is pretty well stock except for the exhaust, the converter and the spray. Maybe the TA needed the "driver mod"...LOL! That thing ran good when I had it. In fact, I used to wonder myself if it was actually as stock as everyone said. But I looked it over many many times and it is just that.

I've jetted the orange car down to just a 125 shot on the first stage and unhooked the second stage all together. I don't think the trans is in the best shape and I figured the total 300 shot might take its toll on it sooner than I'd like.

Why don't everyone go to North Alabama Thursday night and have a little grudge fest? I know the track sucks a$$, but it's gotta hook better than the street. I might even bust out the old black bitch and see what she'll do on a little shot....
