From Hickory here! I actually live in Bethlehem which is a stone's throw north of Hickory...
There are no late model F-body folks in this area...at least anyone that posts on LS1tech. There is one other black SS around and that's it!

I'm from Hickory and just moved from there a few months ago. I still come back a weekend or 2 a month though. There are a few F-Bodies cruising on Friday & Saturday nights.

Some of my buddies used to go cruising in Hickory on the weekends, I never went. But supposedly there were some very fast cars and they used to race pretty seriously. But this was a few years ago, I don't know if anyone still does it or not. I don't know exactly were they did it at either.

No, I'm in alabama but we are coming up to asheville the end of September. F-bodies will stay home though...too loud to drive 6-7hrs.
