Let me know if y'all hear anything. I was planning on having my car worked on. However, I haven't communicated with Matt in several weeks, and the last time I did was through text.

I left a message for him wed ,he called me back in two minutes we spoke for an hour. They are restructuring their key employee base right now, there were problems with the old one's. I have posted to this effect at least twice in this thread. I have had one of my car's there since may of 05 waiting for a special upgrade, and sleep very well at night knowing it is in his hands.
Matt has never been about volume or money, but the passion with his cars. I am not making excuses for his lack of calling back- i'm more interested in getting the best work done and in my experience that is usually the least quickest road to travel.

I agree, no matter who it is, I don't care f its your best buddy or someone you've never met, there deserves to be SOME type of small communication. Specifically here, where he has posted before. And sayin' 'I heard from him last week', doesn't do any good for the thousands of other people reading this forum & others.
What the hell does it take to go to a library, or a friends house, ..., to go online & post one simple line in repsect of your customers?!?
Leaving so many people up in the air like this will hurt the business more than he thinks.
Some respect to your customer base deserves communication.

Perhaps it's a publicity stunt to get some free advertising by getting tons of posts about them on message boards. And then Matt will blow us out of the water with news about moving GMMG to another city or something along those lines.
That would be the perfect reason for this sort of thing.
It'll be nice if that's true and it's not because of economic reasons.

Sorry to say the same thing happened to me when my cars were being upgraded a couple of years ago, however everything turned out great! I am extremely happy with both cars, Matt did a fantastic job,
Did I read that Matt got divorced, if so that may be interfearing with his production. Hang in there I am sure it will all work out.

I waiting for the 100th C5R race case GMMG car. At that time they were up to # 86 I believe. The bulk of the P3+ cars were all built several years ago, Matt has only built a handful since then. I'm not in a hurry as the car is still in the wrapper and won't be driven. You would be surprised how many owners still have cars stored there-including a ZL1 with zero miles the owner paid for seven years ago has yet to pick up.
You have to have patience with GMMG, but like previously stated the wait is worth it. These are very special cars, history will relate that in time IMO.

I'm wondering if there is anyone out there that can help me, has additional contacts, knows or is experiencing the same.
Back at the beginning of August 2009 I mailed in a check to purchase a GMMG exhaust with the oval tips.
They had no problem cashing the check and then emailing me 3 weeks later stating that the tips and clamps were still on backorder and if I would like them to go ahead and ship the exhaust and just ship the tips and clamps later when they come in. I emailed back that would be fine and asked the ETA when those two items would be in. Angel Shaw over the finally responded another two weeks later that it would probably be another couple weeks before they were in stock coming from Tennessee and that she probably would have them shipped directly from them to my address.
So on Sept 4th they shipped just the exhaust which I received and a confirmation tracking number along with still out of stock on the tips and again that they would be coming from the vendor direct.
So another month passes and on October 30th sent another email to Angel requesting and trying to find out where my tips and clamps are that I paid for and still haven't received!
I've tried more times then I can count trying to call the phone number listed, which now states that it's not a working number off they're web site: 770-592-6261 and sent two emails since then and no one responds or calls me back.
I've been more then patient and willing to work with them on the slight back order but this has become ridiculous and becoming very aggravating and poor business ethics on they're part......![MAD](https://ls1tech.com/forums/images/smilies/LS1Tech/gr_mad.gif)

I was excited in getting the system and having it installed before putting the car away for winter.
Has anyone else experienced this or is currently with GMMG? I'm out of contacts, have tried the BBB and they have no record, I really don't want have to go a next step of contacting my attorney and filing papers and such for something that shouldn't be in the first place.
HELP!!!!!!
A thank you to anyone who can help in anyway....
