Thats usually an option put on by SLP if it was ordered with the car. My SS did not come with the bilstein option, so it just has the regular DeCarbons.

It was an option like felton316 said. There was also a 1LE suspension option.

Here is my SLP option window sticker:

Yeah...it was an SLP installed option. Here is the description from SLP's sales literature:

Hollow 35mm front swaybar significantly reduces body roll. Includes revised endlinks, reinforced body mount brackets and firmer bushings. Progressive rate springs (Eibach), front and back, have been designed to provide a comfortable ride and superior handling. Re-calibrated Bilstein shock absorbers provide improved handling and maintain ride quality. Rear lower control arms with firmer bushings (1LE) reduce wheel hop under heavy acceleration. Larger 21mm rear swaybar and bushings decrease body roll.

This package lowers the car about an inch or so.

You can see some pics of my car's stance here.

What EXACTLY was included in the Bilstein Ultra Performance suspension? Can you still purchase this kit as a whole or can you purchase all the parts seperately?

It is an option. It would say on you're passenger side door in the door jam on an SLP Options list if it had it.

My Firehawk has the Bilstein, says it right on the door jamb sticker just like davered00ss said. Pretty much has everything lawman said in his post, very similair to the way it's worded in my '01 hawk literature. If I remember correctly it was about an $1800 option in '01.
