A few pics of my friends 2001 10th Anniversary Firehawk
Met up with my buddy over the summer and snapped some pics of his stunning 10th Anni Hawk. Absolutely amazing ride to be around. Took him down to Trans Am Nationals with me this year and he was the only 10th Hawk down there. Anybody got any info or secrets about this car? I know only 139 made but one of the brochures I read said they were going to make 1000 units. Did people just not order any or what?

They are fun for sure, but Im a little biased, lol.
As far as so few being produced, its my understanding that GM gave SLP a short order window of mere months, and not much marketing, so therefore, once the word was out and such, the availability to order was closed.
Im sure someone else can shed more light on this, Mr Logan in particular and a few others.

I saw one in Tampa, FL about 3 months ago heading the opposite direction of me while I was at work and I dont know if it was real or cloned but even so I couldn't believe it when I did see it.

There was one for sale here at a local dealership, back in 2001. Convertible. It sat in the dealership for nearly a year, no takers. They took the stripes off it, as apparently the customer feedback was negative toward them. I ran into the owner a couple years later at a car show. The car was filthy, inside and out (animal hair all over the top). Still had the gold wheels. The owner didn't know about the car, just another black Trans Am convertible to him.
