97 ann. z28 "collectors edition

People seem to way a lot for those cars, your right on the white leather, price is high, maybe 7-8.5K max to the right person, just the fact that they are aniverasry cars people want a ton for them. The blue book is like $7.5K on it, aniv cars are weird in price, but people seem to like those car. I have a hard time with special edition cars because unless its like an LT4 97 SS I just dont see the point in graphics and wheels but getting the same car.

Maybe if it's TOTALLY pristine and the leather isn't dirty or have any scuffs on it. It is on the high side for just a Z. You can pick up decent 97 SS' for about that money and probably less miles.

Ya I think I can. Is there a number or letter in it I should be looking for? Also, is it true that all the LT4 cars were hardtops (no T-roof)?

All the LT4's are on record according to the VINs. I am trying to get the list of all LT4's and all the info as far as options. I have some data already, but not everything. I hope to set up a website for registering the 1997 30th Anniversary Camaros, both LT1's and LT4's.

Not sure on the LT4 cars. I believe they had a special SLP modification tag that told about the LT4 swap. They were all built with LT1's and SLP did the engine swap to LT4's.

I may be able to get the info for you if you get the VIN. If you can get the SLP option sheet, it is typed in at the top as to what number LT4 it is.
