that is because it was a century 21 give away. They never actually sold it. I registered for it, but never won it.

A 4 spd California car? Nice! Is the car still available?

A guy that used to be a chief editor for Vette Magazine has a 1LE Firebird. I think it was just a stripper model and was supposed to be something like a SCCA type showroom car or something. I can't remember everything on what my dad told me about the car when he saw it during his visit.

how bout the 1 0f 1 blackbird CETA 2002 birds? it may or may not have been registered but last time it came up a few years ago it had only 8 miles on it and was for sale at some trans am gathering and was up for $60,000 and there were 4 or 5 people outbidding each other. I dont remember what it went for. It was very unique looking it had the black.yellow paint with all the black bird accents and the performance upgrades. I think they went ahead and put the blackbird rims on it in favor of the black ws6 rims. Nice car and not only rare but truly unique looking.

It is going to be interesting to see what happens to the value of some of our favorite cars in the coming years.

I've got a 1999 Black 6-speed B4c Special Service Vehicle. I recieved the original window sticker along with all of the original paperwork and literature from the police station that first bought it. From what people have told me, around 12 6-speed camaros were built like this. How many were black?, I dont know (I heard only 1). How accurate are these numbers? I dont know, but if anyone knows of another 1999 black 6-speed police camaro driving around please tell me. I find it interesting that so few of some of these cars were made, but how accurate are the actual production numbers we read about? I guess I find it hard to believe that I actually own the only black six speed police camaro made in 1999.

Don't mean to steal your post,

Seen that car in Michigan at the current owner's garage (Al Maynard). It's one bad *** car! 1968 Z28 Convertible, 4 speed, every option including the dual carb cross-ram intake! He's got a few COPO Camaro's too. Only one ever made. It was built for the than GM exec Pete Estes.

My bud's uncle has a barn full of "no-mile" (< 10 mi) cars, including every anniversary 'Vette from '78 up, and a TTA. The local 'vette museum recently acquired a '78 Vette w/ like 3.2 miles on the clock (silver / red interior), still has the shipping plastic on the seats. They said the guy they acquired it from had it sitting in his living room for like 20 years. Some people just have more money than sense.

I think they only made 33 LT4 firehhawks and they were either red or black. I wouldn't mind getting my hands on a 97 formula conv. either. I am sure they didn't make a lot of those.
