Default How rare is an SS w/ hardtop, roll up windows...

01 SS, hardtop, roll up windows, cloth seats, manual. 6 speed, dash plaque, SLP grill, dual/dual muffler, and koni shocks (ordered and installed by SLP)?

I know someone with this car, and it has maybe 4000 miles on it. Just wondering how rare it is..

I'm sorry, I forgot to mention, that it is also a 1LE. I can get some pics. However, the guys keeps it in his garage, doesn't take care of it, as far as cleaning. So, someday, I might be able to pick it up for cheap. just like I did his 88 IROC

It would've been a delight to a collector since it still has fresh milage, but it's modded up right now. Far from is factory state. It's still worth a considerable amount with it's nice hardware, but in Barrett Jackson's eyes (and the rarity of the car might've put it there) the car isn't an option because of the current mods.

I wish my Firehawk had those shocks. (Koni's) I'm envious.

according to camaroZ28, there were no 1LE camaro's produced in 20012001 production numbers . hate to spoil the excitement i'm not disputing that it's a rare SS, it's just not a 1LE.

I have a 2001 SS that is a complete stripper. It doesn't even have the rear window defrost. It was however ordered with several SLP options such as the CME, ss grill, and chrome 10 spokes. Don't know how rare it is, but I have yet to see another SS that is a stripper.

My friend has a custum ordered 99 HOSS 6spd hardtop, 1LE roll up window, manual lock, stripper except for white leather. Chrome ZR1s. Had to be sent back to SLP for options mised on the car that it was ordered with, including the Auburn. Has documents and paper work to prove what it is, when this was done, and stuff from SLP's facility in Montreal where the conversion process took place.
Custum ordered CANADAIN car at that, SLP's facilaties are/were only about 3-4 hours away from us so the car was driven back/home by him and got to tour the shop (LUCKY BASTARD).

I'll get pics hopefully this year of his HOSS and My 10th Hawk.

I saw a hard top SS 6 speed with black leather interior. It was a true ss, but didn't have t-tops. I was floored.
