Default Virginia Speed Holiday shortblock sale

since we are getting close to the holidays,i figured i would throw our best selling shortblocks on sale.

All of these shortblock use new gm blocks that are stressed relieved.they are then machined on our 4 axis cnc.The cylinders are then finished honed on our computerized diamond hone to ensure the straightest, roundest bore possible for the best possible ring seal and minimal breakin.
all rotating assemblies are balanced
and every shortblock is assembled with the proper clearances for what the engine is going to be used for-this is not a generic crate engine that will work in several applications-this is an engine built for your application.

Don't feel bad man, I did the same thing. I built a 383 w/scat crank n rods, Mahle pistons w/afr heads. It was fun, but I eventually sold it. On the bright side, you can still go fast with what ya got.

And now, for some engine ****!!

The CNC at work. This is a converted 6 bolt C5R block. This one will be upwards of 2000 hp. Look for it to run some serious times next year!!

All machines, and all machine work ARE NOT created equal!! Here we see the offset in the bore when machined ON BLUEPRINT CENTER not ON CENTER TO THE BORE!!

Here we have your run of the mill 680 flywheel hp 403 CID ITB motor!! We've got one or two more ITB motors coming out early next year. Look for some pretty big numbers out of those!!

Happy Holidays
to everyone,
from everyone at
Virginia Speed.

Those are great prices, especially on the LS3 416 ci. I didn't realize you did your own machine work and assembly. Very nice.

I sent you guys an email, a friend of mine mentioned you guys. I have not been on here for some time. I am looking for a forged LS2 to use for a turbo in my TBSS. I would appreciate the help. Only running 12 lbs though I forgot to mention that in the email
