When does the special end?
What is that halo ring? Is that for f-bods? How much for the kit without the halo?

See a previous post for info on the Halo. It fits under a lid, looks sweet(judging by the pic) and this seems like a great deal. Let me check my funds, and I may soon be packin' juice!

I'll help bring it to the top.

I helped install one of these kits yesterday. This kit can be installed in less than 2 hours by almost anyone with any kind of experience. We did some baseline runs NA on Wed with this car and it was running 13.65 @ 101 - 102. It's a high mile totally stock 98, we will get some Nitrous runs with this kit coming up this Wednesday. I'll try to post results after we go to the track.

EDIT: one more little thing. I've gotten a nitrous pumping station from Daves and the customer service was awesome. My buddy had the same type of service on his dry kit. This is a great place to deal with. He will have all of my nitrous business.

This system comes with a jet pattern of 40,60,80 rear wheel horsepower.Yes this kit will support more but we are only offering the jet pattern that comes in the kit.If you decide to up the shot we would recomend installing larger injectors.

We didn't get to run on Wed at our regular track, but did run tonite ( Friday ) at a different track. I'm just remembering these times off of the top of my head, so they aren't accurate to the 100th . First NA run was a 13.7 @ 101.5. Then we played around with the nitrous for a while and finally made a best run of 12.75 @ 111.22. This is on a 100k mile 98 so I don't think that these #'s are really that bad, also the DA and Humidity were pretty bad here too. Not the best night to be running. We have noticed that a lot of condensation does build up on the halo ring while spraying, but nothing to worry about. We were going to remove the Halo ring and test a NOS dry nozzle, but we didn't have the time.
The one concern that I had with the kit was that the Halo ring might obstruct air flow into the lid, but going by his baseline run the car hasn't lost anything since it was run last, before the nitrous. So for the price I think that this is a really great kit and the Halo ring fits the lid really nicely.

Thanks for the imput. What shot were you spraying? What was your bottle pressure?I also niticed some of the condesation but it goes away quickly. So over all how do you fill about the kit.
1.Is it made of good quality?
2.How hard was it to install?
3.Was it what you expected?
Thanks
Dave

The bottle pressure was low, he didn't have a heater, pressure was as low as 850 PSI. The best run was done with about 950 psi, so I know we were leaving a lot on the table without a bottle heater.

The install was very easy. I think that anyone could install one of these, I sure hope that they can.
The quality seems good so far, it's a very basic kit.
It was what we expected.

As I stated above I installed this kit in a friends car, but I am considering getting one of them for my car. I'll be giving you a call in a day or 2 to either order one of these kits or I'll be getting a wet kit from you, but I will be calling.
