Here’s How the ProCharger Rewards
Program Works

1. By Oct 31, 2013: Purchase a qualifying auto or truck/SUV ProCharger Intercooled Supercharger System or Kit, street or race, from a ProCharger dealer between September 16, 2013 and October 31, 2013. See complete listing shown at right.

2. By Nov 30, 2013: Retail Customers must then fill out the ProCharger Mail-In Rewards Form shown at right and mail it to ProCharger along with a the original proof of purchase and a copy of your purchase receipt. Rebate forms must be postmarked by November 30, 2013.

3. Retail customers should receive their rewards or rebate check in the mail within 6 - 8 weeks from the postmark deadline.

Follow these steps to successfully receive your ProCharger Rewards:

1. Verify that your purchase qualifies for a valid reward.
See complete listing shown at right.

2. Offer good only in the United States and Canada.

3. This offer is limited to one (1) redemption per household or address.

4. Void where prohibited by law.

5. Download the “submission form” from the link shown at the right.

6. Read the form thoroughly before you begin filling in the form, and follow all steps to successfully receive your ProCharger Rewards.

7. Complete the form. (The form must be legible to ensure processing. Illegible forms are void and will be discarded.)

8. Remove the original Proof of Purchase from the product packaging (located on the inside flap of the system box). If you have any questions regarding the Proof of Purchase, please call. Without the Proof of Purchase label from your system box, you will not be eligible for a reward or cash rebate.

9. Locate your original receipt of purchase.

10. Copy all of the submission material, including:
a. Your completed submission form
b. Your proof-of-purchase
c. Your original purchase receipt
Important: Retain copies for your records

11. Mail the collective submission form, original proof of purchase
and a copy of the purchase receipt to:

All submissions must be postmarked by the postmark due date on the valid submission form. If you’re unable to submit the redemption by the postmark date, your redemption will be ineligible.

12. Allow 6-8 weeks from postmark deadline for delivery. Please be thorough and follow all steps. We thank you for your submission and hope you enjoy your new ProCharger product.

13. Requests with invalid, undeliverable or post office box mailing addresses will be denied. Use of fictitious name or address could result in federal prosecution for U.S. Mail Fraud.

14. Using Delivery Confirmation is recommended, but not required. Accessible Technologies, Inc./ProCharger is not responsible for
lost, late, or postage-due mail.

15. Offer valid to retail/end users only.

It all depends on which kit you need it for. This year they've given higher rebates to various other models.
